Project Evaluation
We provide an independent evaluation service for publicly funded programmes in the training, education and tourism sectors. We have worked with TTC International on a range of tourism related programme evaluations and we are collaborating with Dr Robert Cosgrove on a number of Skillnet evaluations. To ensure a balanced evaluation we have used both the Kirkpatrick Model and the Balanced Score Card developed by Kaplan and Norton. We aim to put forward realistic intervention activities to address issues before they become unmanageable problems.
